Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 tbsp milk

1/2 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Cheese slices (for eyes)

Olives (for pupils)

Picks or skewers


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.

3. Form into 12–14 meatballs.
