Ingredients

1 tsp matcha powder
1 cup filtered water
½ lemon, juiced
Optional: 1 tsp honey, mint leaves, or ginger
Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps.
2. Add 2 tbsp of warm water and whisk into a smooth paste.
3. Slowly add remaining water while whisking until frothy.
4. Stir in fresh lemon juice.
5. Add ice or sweeteners if desired, and serve.
Notes
