Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

½ cup honey

⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce

¼ cup ketchup

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp dried basil

½ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional)

Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

1. Place chicken in crockpot.

2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, basil, and pepper in a bowl.

3. Pour sauce over chicken.

4. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

5. (Optional) Remove chicken, stir in cornstarch slurry, and cook on HIGH 15 mins to thicken. Return chicken.
