Ingredients
1 lb beef stew meat
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
2 potatoes, cubed
3 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine (optional)
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
Salt and pepper
1 package pizza dough
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Brown beef in olive oil, set aside.
2. Sauté onion, carrots, celery.
3. Add garlic, tomato paste, herbs.
4. Return beef, add potatoes, broth, wine. Simmer 1–1.5 hours.
5. Preheat oven 375°F. Shape dough into bones by tying knots.
